Climate Characteristics of San Andrés

General Overview

San Andrés is a tropical coral island located in the heart of the Caribbean Sea. The island's climate is a tropical savanna climate, characterized by warm and very stable temperatures throughout the year. Unlike the mainland, the climate here is directly influenced by ocean currents and trade winds, which keep the air relatively fresh even when temperatures are high.

Daytime temperatures consistently average between 29°C and 31°C (84-88°F), while nighttime lows drop to 25°C-26°C (77-79°F). There is almost no difference between seasons in terms of heat; it feels like eternal summer.
