Climate Characteristics of Waterford

General Overview

Waterford features a maritime temperate climate and is considered one of the most comfortable regions in Ireland. Due to its location in the southeast, often called "The Sunny South-East," the city receives more sunshine hours and fewer rainy days compared to cities on the west coast.
